Serves 1

Small bunch of fresh thyme

Small bunch of fresh mint

Peel from one organic lemon

1cm piece ginger

1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ small red onion

 

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel and finely chop the ginger.

Add all ingredients to a teapot, pour in freshly boiled water and let it steam for 15 min.

Add lemon to taste if you like.

Drink a few times per day.
